Hey IRCTC has launched a new credit card in association with SBI (ouch!!) called Railway card. The card looks cute with a R.K. Laxman's Railway caricature printed on it. It also promised to offer 10% railway points (on 1st and second AC only) tickets booked on IRCTC, which can be redeemed while booking tickets there & 1 point == 1 Rupee!
I used to own a SBI (read GE Caps) card about half a decade back, when it was just launched. Can't repeat same mistake again...there service sucks, big time :-(

I guess railways is finally waking up to the fact that the customer deserves atleast *some* amount of respect, else he will fly away!!!
